Even though none of our plans for us, even while we were together, ever panned out, I still can't help but feel a loss. I've been separated for 4 months and I still have "I don't think I'm cut out for this" moments. Regret. Sadness. And more than anything, guilt.

I was getting all dressed up to go out last week and I couldn't do the top part of the zipper on my dress up by myself. That was always what I asked him to do for me. So I asked my 4 year old if he could try. And he did it. And I laid down on the bed and cried, relieved that YES, We (my two sons and I) can do this on our own! I have never felt so empowered in my life, and all over a stinking zipper!Taranoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7133905885244680916.post-18982920988391462282012-11-09T23:49:32.218+00:002012-11-09T23:49:32.218+00:00I feel for you. Don't write more babies off yet, though - I met the love of my life the next year and had two more beautiful babies. Maybe you and your friend will be pregnant together the next time around!Eddiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08705986484657812416noreply@blogger.com
